Young Realtist Division or YRD is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to assist the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB®) in membership recruitment and development through their efforts to:

  • Provide information and encourage our newest members to become actively involved in all aspects of our organization.  
  • Increase the awareness of NAREB’s benefits and encourage participation in all conference events.  
  • Provide information and encourage college students and young adults to join the real estate industry.  
  • Provide membership information, education and leadership training to new members.  
  • Provide relevant wealth building information.  
  • Administer valuable programs which provide mentorship and professional development.  
  • Partner with the other NAREB® affiliates to ensure legacy transference.
